Description What distinguishes the Residence Maribelle Houses from a common farmhouse is the possibility to sojourn in Tuscany, in a context rich of artistic and natural beauties, benefiting at the same time by the advantages of a private residence among the peace of a marvellous olive-grove and a suggestive village.The building of the primitive house ‘s nucleus goes back to 1829 and the primary structure has remained substantially unchanged since then. Recently has been effected an inside restructuring to endow the Maribelle Houses of all the modern comforts, however respecting the precious original architectural nature of the apartments. The Maribelle Houses are placed in the historical center of the suburb and situated, at the same time, in what was definited "The garden of Monticchiello", in the immediate vicinity both of the walls and of the Theater's Square.

Hospitality The apartments are equipped with restored antique forniture, totally in solid walnut-tree wood. Valuable trimmings in Siennese travertine marble, floor in original fired brick and concealed lighting put the last touch to the several rooms, making them particularly pleasant.Both apartments have independent gas central heating and newly installed water and electrical systems.
